Abstract
Electronic health records(EHR) are key to improving quality of care, especially in cancer due to the complexity and multi-disciplinary nature of care. However, adoption of EHR is limited in low-middle income countries due to several factors, with disproportionately high patient to provider being an important factor. Voice-enabled documentation tools offer potential to increase digitization, but ambient noise, diverse linguistic patterns, infrastructure constraints hinder adoption. Research on tailored solutions remains limited.
