Abstract
Recent studies indicate limited evidence for the use of large language models (LLMs) for generating adjuvant therapy recommendations in breast cancer multidisciplinary team (MDT) settings. This study aimed to evaluate the concordance between ChatGPT-5–generated adjuvant therapy recommendations and actual MDT decisions, with the goal of exploring the use of the tool in routine clinical practice.
