Abstract
Colorectal cancer (CRC) is still a significant health burden worldwide. According to the Global Cancer Statistics, there were more than 1.9 million people diagnosed with new cancer and 0.9 million deaths due to CRC in 2022. The key to control CRC is to use exposure prevention and routine screening to prevent primary CRC and its recurrence. Artificial intelligence (AI) is a great tool to advance precision medicine in CRC, including precision diagnosis, treatment and prediction for risk and prognosis.
