Medical Affairs (MA) is evolving rapidly, driven by therapeutic complexity, digital transformation, and increasing demand for customer-centric knowledge [1]. Generative AI (GenAI), particularly Large Language Models (LLMs), offers opportunities to improve efficiency and quality in scientific content creation. In Medical Information (MedInfo), where unsolicited healthcare professional (HCP) inquiries are frequent, GenAI can accelerate and standardize responses, delivering faster, higher-quality communication to strengthen HCP support and patient care [2].
