Abstract
The aim of ParBio is to bring together researchers in high-performance computing, computational biology, and biomedical informatics to address current challenges in large-scale data integration, analysis, and AI-based biomedical applications. In line with recent developments in infrastructure and algorithmic innovation, the workshop focuses on parallel and distributed computing approaches, the migration of bioinformatics workloads to the cloud and edge environments, and the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and sustainable AI within both clinical and biological settings.
