Abstract
The research illustrates how AI-enabled innovations can transform healthcare experiences into more sustainable, personalized, and trustworthy systems, ultimately leading to improved patient engagement over time (Agarwal et al., 2019; Kumar & Ramachandran, 2020). Aligned with Huang and Rust’s (2020) strategic framework that emphasizes AI’s versatility in optimizing healthcare marketing, the research promises to find more sustainable operations through process enhancements, predictive insights to reduce waste, and resource planning optimization (Schwalbe & Wahl, 2020; De Bruyn et al., 2020). AI’s pattern recognition and mass customization capabilities can drastically elevate the personalization of diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and patient communication (Chintalapati & Pandey, 2021; Kopalle et al., 2021).
