Abstract
Background: The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into radiology improves diagnostics and efficiency, yet its adoption relies on public acceptance, particularly in specific contexts such as Saudi Arabia. This study assessed public awareness, perceptions, and concerns about AI in radiology within the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. Methodology: A cross-sectional study of residents of western Saudi Arabia was conducted from April to June 2025. Data were collected using a validated questionnaire on demographics, AI awareness, attitudes, and knowledge in medical imaging.
