Abstract
Artificial Intelligence is revolutionizing education for students to better learn through tools that sharpen their knowledge and intelligence. AI-ChatGPT is one such tool that helps students in analyzing and gaining problem-solving and critical reasoning capabilities. This study intends to examine how AI-ChatGPT affects the analytical capacity of students at KUST, Kohat. A total of 160 graduate students were involved in the study, taking the survey questionnaires in a structural format. Analysis of the results utilized the SPSS software package. The results made it clear that a very high relation exists positively (r = 0.89, .p<0.001) between the use of AIChatGPT, as well as the analytical skills of the students. The regression analysis made it clear that the use of AI-ChatGPT explained 80.0% of variation in analytical skills of the students (.F= 600.4, .p<0.001). These results imply that there are clear benefits for students' autonomous learning and cognitive development when the AI-ChatGPT system is implemented. It is recommended that learning institutions incorporate the AI-ChatGPT system to improve the critical thinking abilities of their graduating students. Future studies should involve the AI-ChatGPT system to establish the impact of its use for extended periods at different universities. The role of AI becomes even more significant these days because it requires applications such as AI-ChatGPT to enable students to develop the analytical expertise they need to succeed not only in education but also within their chosen career fields.
