Abstract
Artificial intelligence (AI) has the prospective to transform numerous aspects of medical research when it is integrated into healthcare, clinical practice, and healthcare delivery. To confirm the suitable and fair execution of AI technology, an abundance of legal and ethical issues must be properly negotiated in conjunction with this revolution. This paper investigates the use of AI in clinical trials, translational medicine, clinical practice, and health research and drug development, highlighting both the potential benefits and ethical complexities inherent in these areas. By elucidating these challenges and opportunities, it also discusses about valuable insights for policymakers, healthcare professionals, researchers, and technologists striving to bind the full prospective of AI while safeguarding moral principles and patient moralities in healthcare delivery.
