Abstract
ChatGPT and similar LLMs show promising accuracy and applicability in structured radiology reporting, particularly for chest, brain, and liver imaging. However, their performance remains inconsistent across modalities, and further prospective studies with standardized protocols are needed before routine clinical adoption.
