Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a significant transformative force within the healthcare sector. This systematic literature review examines the applications, benefits, challenges, methodologies, and functionalities of AI in healthcare. Through a thorough analysis of peer-reviewed literature spanning from 2015 to 2025, this study underscores the diverse roles that AI plays in areas such as diagnostics, treatment, patient monitoring, drug discovery, and administrative functions.
