Abstract
This project aims to evaluate the diagnostic test accuracy of artificial intelligence–based assessment of chest radiographs for detecting osteoporosis. The systematic review and meta-analysis will update previous evidence by including newly published studies and applying a standardized methodology. The expected outcome is to provide an up-to-date summary of diagnostic performance, identify sources of heterogeneity, and offer guidance for future AI-based osteoporosis screening research.
