Abstract
ChatGPT is an innovative language model offered by OpenAI, which transforms various spheres, and the healthcare area is among the ones that are impacted the most. Its application in medical systems is totally transforming everything by enhancing medical education and training, simplifying the process of diagnosis, accelerating the process of clinical documentation and increasing patient involvement. The model may prove useful to the patients and doctors since it can react in a manner similar to how people react. The ChatGPT helps to receive information much faster, accelerate the work process, and minimize the number of tasks that an administrator has to perform in clinical conditions. It provides medical professionals and students who learn via simulations, content development, and other one-onone tutoring. It also assists in making diagnostic decisions by examining large amounts of clinical data in providing insights and proposing potential diagnosis. Although it does not go without its advantages, the use of ChatGPT in the healthcare sector is concerning in terms of data security, misinformation, discrimination, and responsibility. Very important are to reduce such risks through ethical use and control. This paper examines six primary uses of ChatGPT within the context of healthcare, its advantages and disadvantages, and ethical considerations. The complete overview is provided with the purpose of promotion of correct usage of this AI tool and ensuring that it becomes an efficient and reliable tool of creation of modern healthcare systems.
