Abstract
Abstract This paper investigates the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in Business Management and Social Sciences Education. The objective of review is to uncover the impact of AI on inclusiveness, skill development, student engagement, and pedagogical practices in Management and Social Sciences Education. The review reveals that AI can personalize learning, facilitate real-time feedback, and encourage learner-centric strategies. Additionally, it democratizes access to high-quality education, promotes collaborative learning, and sharpens critical thinking. Upon reviewing 56 Scopus-indexed papers published till 2024 using the Theory-Context-Characteristics-Methodology (TCCM) Framework, the study identified five main thematic groups covering AI and Personalized Learning, AI’s Impact on Student Engagement and Motivation for Learning, AI’s Role in Skill Development and Assessment, Enhancing Teaching and Educator Roles with AI and Ethical Considerations, and Trust in AI. In its conclusion, the study emphasizes the revolutionary potential of AI in education while also pointing out the limitations in terms of scalability, long-term impact assessment, and socio-ethical adaptability. In addition, the study offers guidance for future research based on the TCCM framework.
