Abstract
This proposed chapter examines how (AI) is transforming the nursing education and leadership by changing the roles and responsibilities of nurses leaders and reshaping the way they design curricula .Effective nursing leadership plays a vital role in empowering and preparing the nurses for AI integration in nursing education as this integration will dramatically change the traditional learning methodologies, enhance personalization, student involvement and administrative effectiveness. The chapter also highlights the opportunities of AI in nursing practice and how integrating AI tools can provide nursing students, nurses and clinicians with smarter solutions While AI offers opportunities to enhance nursing education, leadership effciency and instructional support, it also raises challenges related to privacy, equity, and ethical issues related to AI health technologies.
