Abstract
Effective treatment and reduction of health care burdens are strongly dependent on early detection of diseases. Nonetheless, the folklore diagnosis is mainly based on clinical tests which are time consuming and costly which are often increased the patient challenges accessing early treatment. In this paper we propose PredictCare a web-based AI platform to predict the risk of five deadly diseases -Stroke, Heart Disease, Hypertension, Liver Disease and Diabetes - based on very basic, easily comprehensible user inputs. Additionally, it offers a generalized Disease Predictor module using symptom-based analysis. The platform aims to bridge the gap between accessibility and diagnostic support by providing an easy-to-use interface, real-time risk evaluation, and multiple AI models trained on open-source datasets. Our system achieves high accuracy and reliability while ensuring transparency and simplicity for end-users.
