Abstract
The present research paper attempts to explore the role of Artificial Intelligence in English literature. It also investigates the impact of AI on English literature. In the present era, AI is playing a significant role in almost every field, and English literature is no exception to this. Traditionally, English literature is considered as a human centered domain, but now a days, it has been greatly influenced by AI in writing, analysis and interpretation of a literary work. AI tools like plagiarism checker, ChatGPT, GPT-4, and many other can aid in creating advanced content within seconds. AI is reshaping and transforming English literature in many ways. AI has made writing easier, simpler and more fascinating. This research paper provides a critical insight by questioning the ethical and theoretical implications of AI generated literary works. It also discusses the concerns about authorship, originality, and creativity.
