Abstract
Cyber security is becoming crucial within the life science industry as digital platforms gain more and more importance to manage sensitive information like clinical trial records, genomic data, and patient health data. The paper contains an empirical study of a machine learning-driven cybersecurity system built as a result of advanced SAP and Amazon Web Services (AWS) partnership. The designed solution will combine SAP enterprise data environment with AWS cloud security system and use machine learning algorithms, such as Support Vector Machines, Random Forest, and Deep Neural Networks, to identify and classify threats in real time. Empirical testing based on enterprise security logs has shown that most of them will have a high detection accuracy, low rates of false positive, and faster incident response than to the old rule-based security systems. The findings also show improved compliance preparedness of controlled life science settings. In general, the research attests to the fact that AI-based cybersecurity solutions in the SAP-AWS ecosystem represent a scalable, smart, and resistant mechanism to the protection of sensitive data on the field of life sciences.
