Abstract
Modern operating room nursing management underwent transformation from the management philosophy to the management theory and the management paradigm. The development of operating room nursing towards specialization,informationization and integration of operating room-supply room brings new challenges to operating room nursing management. Therefore,the operating room nursing management should be optimized. From the aspects of humanistic care,quality management,risk control,sterile management and synergies in operating room nursing management,this article proposed a feasible method for optimization of operating room nursing management.
