Abstract
Artificial intelligence tools have spread rapidly in recent times, and it has become necessary to pay attention to the ethical considerations related to them. This study aimed to investigate the reality of ethical considerations for university students' use of artificial intelligence tools. The study sample consisted of 231 students of the Postgraduate Professional Diploma in Teaching (PPTD) program at Al Ain University during the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year. A tool was built for this purpose. The study results indicate a high to intermediate level of ethical considerations among students. also showed no significant differences in ethical considerations among students based on service status or gender. Based on the study's findings, it is recommended to improve the level of ethical consideration of artificial intelligence (AI), and furthermore, policymakers and educational authorities should ensure that sufficient support is provided to overcome the identified challenges faced by students.
