Abstract
Clinical Leads routinely condense, analyze, and present patient- and trial-level data to assess safety, regulatory readiness, and dose response. Many of these repetitive tasks are well-suited to AI assistance. This study evaluates whether Rivia’s AI Trial Assistant, Spark, accelerates data review and analysis compared to manual work. Rivia’s data model provides Spark with real-time, integrated data from multiple sources (eg. Central Lab, EDC). Spark was built to answer queries from active trial data, especially on these topics: - Adverse Events (AEs) & Safety Monitoring - Cohort Building & Group Analysis - Patient Narrative Generation - Trend Analysis / Graph Generation.
