Abstract
Oral and maxillofacial radiology (OMR) is an important part of figuring out what’s wrong with teeth. It uses different kinds of pictures to give patients a lot of care. But the heavy use of advanced imaging technologies makes health services much worse for the environment by using more energy, making more waste, and exposing people to radiation. AI becomes an important tool for a more durable future in area by maximizing resource use, reducing environmental impact and promoting proper access to high quality care. In addition to discussing important issues such as privacy, algorithm bias and human inspection and strong regulations, analysis examines, especially in AI applications and ecological, economic and social domains, many of their benefits. The feeling of durable, fair and patient-focused oral health care finally depends on the integration of AI, which is run by responsible innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration.
